100% Grassfed Beef
Our Angus X and Angus-Wagyu cross cattle are the "lawnmowers" of our farm. They are 100% grassfed from birth to butcher. The cattle are NEVER fed grain and they are moved rotationally through our NEVER sprayed pastures. We don't use antibiotics; our pastures are abundant in the necessary vitamins and nutrients for optimal health as they provide a smorgasbord of grasses and legumes. Did you know grassfed beef has more healthy fats, less cholesterol, and is also higher in vitamins and nutrients than commercially raised beef? Our cattle are raised for approximately two years before they are butchered while most commercial beef is raised for only 18 months. This extra time and our top-notch genetics translates to grassfed beef which is more flavorful and tender without the gamy taste.
