Pasture-Raised Organic-Fed Chicken
Our organic-fed and pasture-raised meat chickens are never on the same grass more than one day. Their portable houses are moved every morning and are opened up so that they can free range all day long for new grass and bugs. They can often be seen hundreds of feet from their movable pens in search of the freshest grass and insects. We grow our birds much slower so they are able to finish at a rate that is healthy and does not result in health problems often associated with non heritage birds. All birds are butchered with personal oversight by David, ensuring things are done right: humanely and with cleanliness in mind. They are immediately cooled down and then either vacuum sealed or shrink-wrapped. This ensures all of the fresh taste is yours when you unseal the package at your convenience. Give our birds a try.
